Kit 6 · AI at Your Desk · deliverable · designed and built by I Wayan Usada — instructional design portfolio
A text-based storyboard, written before any code: every scene is a decision with a consequence, not a slide. The plan below is the build contract — scene count, interaction logic, feedback placement and the debrief arc.
| # | Scene | On screen | The learner decides | Right path | Tempting path | Consequence shown |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Curious: the first prompt | employee's real Finance task in the trainer | try the pattern | pattern applied to the real task with feedback | plays with a demo task | trainer mirrors their Monday, not a sandbox |
| 2 | Capable: the prompt patterns | four patterns, one per recurring task family | practice | patterns chained on persona tasks | memorizes pattern names | trainer scores transfer, not recall |
| 3 | Confident: the manager huddle | manager runs the huddle script | observe the layer | huddle script lands: real tasks discussed | huddle skipped | adoption arc stalls — the manager layer is the delivery mechanism |
| 4 | Governed: the traffic light | employee about to paste client data into a tool | classify the data | traffic-light table applied in five seconds | guesses from vibes | governance guardrail fires: the rule is a table, not a mood |
The trainer re-deals persona tasks per session; the traffic-light table is always one click from the work.
Debrief reads the 60-day arc per stage: who moved, who stalled, which driver the manager layer must run next.
