Visual Mockups & Style Guide — Board Brief

Kit 26 · Board Brief · deliverable · designed and built by I Wayan Usada — instructional design portfolio

Mood & palette

Ledger-crimson #9f1239 on ink-dark — a boardroom, not a dashboard; crimson marks register verdicts only.

Type system

Lora for headlines and debrief lines · Inter for body copy and choice cards · JetBrains Mono for labels, timers, counters and data readouts. Numbers and feedback always set in the largest voice on screen — the consequence is the loudest element, by design.

Key screens

Card table

12 cards in a 4x3 grid, 5-slot tray at top, selection counter as the constraint

Claim register

three register lanes, commitment button, mechanism preview before lock

Rendered one-pager

paper-style preview of the executive's view, fifteen-minute timer silhouette

Component decisions

Cards are dense but scannable: mono labels, serif claims; the render step uses a paper-white preview to simulate the reader's context.

Accessibility

Card grid fully keyboard-selectable; register verdicts use text badges; paper preview keeps 4.5:1 in light mode.
