Action Map — Boarding Now

Kit 14 · Boarding Now · deliverable · designed and built by I Wayan Usada — instructional design portfolio

The goal

New cabin crew place all eight briefing items in SOP order on first attempt, with rationale recall at the break-points.

What people do instead

Crew memorize the briefing as a list; when a disruption hits, the order collapses because positions were never understood.

The actions that close the gap

#BehaviorWhat it looks likeWhere the artifact trains it
1Anchor the two fixed items before arranging the restpunctuality and roll call placed first, unpromptedplacement round 1
2Place remaining items in SOP order with break-point awarenesssix items placed, each break-point rationale retrievableplacement rounds 1-2
3Rebuild fluently after a disruptionfluency loop re-run with one item removed and returnedfluency loop

What this training will not do

It will not replace the SOP document — it trains the order and its reasons, so the document becomes a check, not a crutch.

How the artifact scores the actions

Debrief shows the final board against SOP, lists break-point rationales recalled and missed, and names the anchor habit.
