Kit 27 · Craft-Dairy Process Training · deliverable · designed and built by I Wayan Usada — instructional design portfolio
The action map is built from the interview, not a competency library. Each of the four actions traces to a passage the founder actually said — the map is an argument for traceability as much as a design artifact.
| Action | Knowledge | Practice | Trace |
|---|---|---|---|
| Measure, don't inherit | the invented log (passage 1) | Gate 1: verify the reading | own probe + yard-delay note |
| Confirm the record, not the lamp | the green lamp (passage 2) | Gate 2: out-loud confirm | CIP end-state check |
| Trace the line, never the habit | the worn label (passage 3) | Gate 3: physical trace | allergen CIP record per switch |
| Release with the note | the skipped note (passage 6) | Gate 4: release + record | times, readings, name |
A generic food-safety map would list hygiene, HACCP and documentation in the abstract. This one names the four real moments where the dairy's near-misses happened — so the training has somewhere specific to be wrong and somewhere specific to get better.
