## Design premise

A text-based storyboard, written before any code: every scene is a decision with a consequence, not a slide. The plan below is the build contract — scene count, interaction logic, feedback placement and the debrief arc.

## Scene plan

| # | Scene | On screen | The learner decides | Right path | Tempting path | Consequence shown |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | **The runner** | visitor on a schedule, wants the highlights fast | three moves | join: a fast route with one stop that earns a return visit | the plausible: full history of stop one | feedback: joining served the visit; lecturing served the docent |
| 2 | **The deep diver** | visitor asks a technical pigment question | three moves | join the curiosity, admit the edge, offer the follow-up path | the tempting failure: improvised expertise | feedback: 'meet before manage' — the honest edge is a join |
| 3 | **The reluctant plus-one** | visitor dragged along, arms crossed | three moves | join their actual move: one hook, offered not imposed | manages them into engagement | feedback: managed visitors leave; joined visitors stay |
| 4 | **The kid with the wrong answer** | child states a confidently wrong fact | three moves | join the thinking, extend it truthfully | correct the fact cold | feedback: the correction closed the conversation; the join opened it |

## Retry design

Archetypes are re-dealt on retry; feedback always names the behavioral principle, never just the ranking.

## Debrief plan

Debrief scores posture per interaction and contrasts the plausible and joining moves on the same moment.
