## Design premise

A text-based storyboard, written before any code: every scene is a decision with a consequence, not a slide. The plan below is the build contract — scene count, interaction logic, feedback placement and the debrief arc.

## Scene plan

| # | Scene | On screen | The learner decides | Right path | Tempting path | Consequence shown |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | **The Monday curve** | absence spikes on Mondays, pattern visible | read the signals | Monday curve + complaint clustering read together | fixates on the loudest card | triage panel: the curve was one signal, not the story |
| 2 | **The yoga poll** | staff vote for a yoga workshop, turnout high | read it as | management-vacuum signal: coping demand without cause fix | reads as 'staff want wellbeing' | trap panel: the wash — resilience for structural overload is the named failure |
| 3 | **The visible quick win** | a cheap, visible intervention available | pick interventions | two structural picks, quick win named as trap | the quick win + one more | advisory readout: the quick win treated the mood, not the vacuum |
| 4 | **The advisory readout** | cause + two interventions as an advisory | write the readout | prioritized, reasoned, trade-offs named | a list of everything | debrief: the cap made it advice; the list was activity |

## Retry design

Walls re-randomize signal emphasis; traps are always present and always named after the commit.

## Debrief plan

Debrief scores cause fit, trap avoidance and intervention alignment — the readout is the deliverable.
